Pointless 80 carries forward the proud punk traditions of the mining town of Pargas with their hard rock inspired music in the vein of Green Day.
Sadly, I never had the chance to see Pointless 80 live, but I really liked their melodic take on the genre. Frontman Mr. Rantala has since gone on to very different, folk-inspired musical projects with much success.
